We also offer the convenience of both Uhaul and Budget rentals as well as budget truck sales.

The apartments are conveniently located on both the North and West sides of Newark, OH. All apartments are located in quiet residential areas, many within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. All apartments are air conditioned and have carpet, full-size electric range, frost-free refrigerators, vertical and mini-blinds, garbage disposers and storage. Many apartments also have a dishwasher and an over-the-range microwave. Free Water, Trash, and Sewer are included in rent. On-site management and 24/7 emergency maintenance is also provided. Plaza Garden Apartments also provides “Free Heat”.

The storage units have video surveillance, are security fenced, 24/7 accessible with coded entry, and conveniently located across from Sears, adjacent to the Indian Mound Mall in Heath, OH.

In addition to apartment and storage rentals, Divergent Properties also rents both Uhaul and Budget trucks and associated equipment. We sell Budget trucks as well. Truck rental is free when moving into an apartment. Rent rates are deeply discounted upon renting a storage unit.
