The apartments are conveniently located in both the North and West areas of Newark, OH. All apartments are located in quiet residential areas, many in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The storage units have video surveillance and are protected by a security fence with 24/7 accessibility with coded entry by tenants only. The storage is conveniently located adjacent to the Indian Mound Mall in Heath, OH.

All apartments are air conditioned and have, carpet, full-size electric range, frost-free refrigerators, vertical and mini-blinds, garbage disposers and storage.
